How Brickfact compares prices
Where prices come from
Brickfact imports offers from merchant and affiliate-network feeds and connected product APIs, including Amazon and Awin. Each offer is matched to a specific Lego set. We do not cover every merchant or every offer on the market.
Which merchants appear
Coverage depends on the delivery country and the available data. We show offers with a valid price and a recent feed timestamp. Merchants from another country are labelled as cross-border when the recorded shipping rule covers delivery to your country. The list below shows merchants with current offers for the selected country.
Updates and timestamps
Automated imports follow each source’s schedule. There is no single update interval for all merchants. The time above an offer list is the newest merchant-feed timestamp in that list; individual offers may be older. Set pages hide offers whose feed timestamp is more than 48 hours old. A recent import does not guarantee stock at the merchant.
Delivered prices
The offer list sorts by item price plus known shipping costs for the selected delivery country. Offers with unknown shipping costs follow with a notice. The existing Amazon.de display assumes free delivery to Germany and Austria, for example with Prime; this is not a verified fee for every customer. Check shipping, membership, delivery address and the final cart total at the merchant. Vouchers and personal discounts may differ.
Amazon’s 24-hour limit
Amazon prices published to Google must not come from an import more than 24 hours old. The CSS export excludes older Amazon offers and does not treat an unverified Prime shipping assumption as confirmed delivery. The current set display still uses a 48-hour limit for all merchants, so a visible Amazon price is not automatically eligible for export. Amazon’s price and availability apply when you buy.
Order and funding
Places in the price comparison cannot be bought. Known delivered prices and your selected sort order determine the display, rather than commission rates. The database may initially sort sets by the number of offers; you can also sort by price there. Brickfact may receive commissions on purchases through affiliate links. Advertising and editorial recommendations are separate from the offer order.
Corrections
If a merchant is missing, a price is wrong or a link opens the wrong set, send us the set URL, merchant, delivery country and what you observed. We investigate reports and correct the data or display when an error is confirmed. The merchant handles orders, returns and warranties.
